In cases of high order volumes, slight delays may occur, but we will always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that if there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, ensuring that your items are delivered directly to your doorstep or preferred location within the United States and U.S. Territories.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s). This allows you to monitor your package, with tracking information becoming active within 24 hours of shipment.
The products that may be lost during shipping cannot be held accountable by us regardless of how carefully we package your orders. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods, we advise you to contact the shipment carrier promptly to initiate a claim. For the claim process, make sure all packaging materials and damaged items are retained.
