Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return a non-defective product, please be aware that it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must remain unopened.

Generally, such a request must be made within 15 days of purchase. Store credit is the only option for open products. If shipping costs are not included in the price, the customer is responsible for paying them. Lost Mary Direct may deny any return/exchange request not complying with these policies.

When Packages Are Lost or Stolen

The safety of your packages can only be guaranteed with our best efforts. The delivery driver is responsible for any damages, losses, or thefts that occur after the package is confirmed delivered. Incorrect Addresses

You must notify us by email if your package is returned to us due to address errors, being marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or being deemed undeliverable by the final carrier.
